honey sriracha chicken skewers



INGREDIENTS
1.5lb/750g chicken breast, cut into cubes
Marinade Glaze:
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 - 3 tbsp sriracha
¼ tsp salt.

DIRECTIONS
1 Mix together Marinade ingredients. Remove 4 tbsp into small bowl to reserve for basting.
2 Add chicken into remaining Marinade, marinate for 20 minutes.
3 Thread chicken onto 16 skewers. Cook on BBQ or skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, baste one side generously, turn and baste the other side, turn then remove immediately off the stove.
4 Baste again on the plate. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
